Millionaire Builds Apartments For The Poor Instead of Spending Money On Daughter’s Wedding

Spending a hefty amount of money on weddings is the norm for Indian culture. That is why when this billionaire’s daughter was planning for her wedding, everyone was expecting that his father would be more than ready to spend his millions on this huge event. However, this did not happen.

Mr Ajay Munot is a billionaire and his daughter, Sheyra Munot was getting married. So he set aside $11 million to spend on her wedding. That might seem like an overly large amount but for someone with billions of dollars under his name, this is not a big deal.

But instead of spending everything for his daughter’s wedding, he did something more interesting that will surely touch your heart.

The money did not go to his daughter’s wedding. Instead, he decided to give all the money to charity. This billionaire wanted to help the homeless people in India. And by the time his daughter’s wedding date was approaching, the billionaire already developed 90 homes. In addition, he was also in the process of developing 18 more.

Nobody knows why he suddenly changed his mind on how he will spend his money, but when people heard about this they only have positive things to say.

The house is not that big. It measures approximately 12 X 20’ and it has two windows. Despite the size, it includes the basic utilities that every family needs like clean, running water and electricity. For some, these houses are too small for a family, but for those who are homeless, this is everything they need.
