Trump administration to exclude undocumented immigrants from more than 15 federal aid programs: ‘America comes first’

WASHINGTON, DC — The White House has announced a sweeping plan to block undocumented immigrants from accessing over 15 federal aid programs, including health, education, and workforce services, costing taxpayers more than $40 billion annually.

Spokesperson Taylor Rogers said the move ensures benefits are reserved for “hardworking American taxpayers,” reflecting President Trump’s “America first” agenda. The programs affected include Head Start, substance abuse treatment, family planning, and health profession scholarships, overseen by multiple federal departments.

The changes align with Trump’s goals of stricter immigration enforcement and reduced government spending. Medicaid reforms will bar an estimated 1.4 million undocumented immigrants, with work requirements for able-bodied recipients. Supporters call the measure long overdue, praising it as a step toward restoring border integrity and protecting taxpayer dollars.
