Gene Hackman’s partner, Betsky Arakwa, was searching the internet for some information on COVID-19 symptoms and breathing techniques days before her tragic passing. Arakwa reportedly died at the age of 65 in February of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome, which is a rare rodent-borne disease that can lead to a range of symptoms that entail flu-like illness, dizziness, and headaches.
