Entitled Mom Refuses to Move Car—Instant Karma Follows

After 20 years in construction, I’ve seen a lot—but nothing like the woman who parked in our clearly marked no-parking zone and refused to move. We were expecting a lumber delivery on a mountain job site, and the two unloading spots were critical. When I asked her to move, she brushed me off with, “Take a chill pill.”

The delivery truck arrived, and I asked again. She still refused, saying we could “just unload around her.” So, we blocked her in—parking the truck inches from her driver’s door, with a porta-potty on the other side.

She had to crawl out the passenger side, fuming. When she demanded we move the truck, we explained we couldn’t—safety policy. Then parking enforcement showed up. In a panic, she reversed and crashed into the porta-potty, getting stuck. Moments later, she was in handcuffs.

We finished our work while laughing at the whole scene. In the end, her entitlement earned her a fine, a tow, and a hard lesson in respect.
