At 17, she became a single mother, raising Justin in “low-income housing.” Struggling with mental health, she attempted suicide and was hospitalized. Later, she reconnected with Justin’s father, Jeremy Bieber. Despite her past, Pattie and Justin “bond over their shared love for the arts.
