Jay-Z claims dismissed rape of 13-year-old allegation cost him $20,000,000 in lost income

Jay-Z is suing attorney Tony Buzbee after a dismissed lawsuit accused him of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. The accuser, Jane Doe, originally sued Sean “Diddy” Combs before adding Jay-Z’s name in December. She dropped the case on February 14, admitting “not all the facts are clear.”

Jay-Z claims the false allegations cost him $20 million in lost business deals and led to death threats against his family. He also criticized the lawsuit’s timing, which coincided with his daughter Blue Ivy’s film premiere.

Meanwhile, Diddy faces federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, which he denies. The Buzbee Law Firm has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
