Karoline Leavitt Blasts ‘Pitiful’

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt fired back at a “pitiful” Democrat who called her a “fake Christian.”

Freshman Rep. Dave Min of California posted his insult on the X platform, leading Leavitt to respond in a short interview with the New York Post.

“I think it’s pitiful for an elected member of Congress to say that about a woman who he’s never even met,” she told the outlet.

Min’s comments were made in response to the White House rescinding an Office of Management and Budget memo that had ordered a freeze on all federal grants and loans contradicting Trump’s executive orders.

A federal judge blocked the OMB guidance on January 28, but Leavitt clarified that while the memo was revoked, the policy prohibiting federal funding for DEI and other progressive initiatives remained firmly in place.

“This is NOT a rescission of the federal funding freeze,” she tweeted.

“It is simply a rescission of the OMB memo. Why? To end any confusion created by the court’s injunction. The President’s EO’s on federal funding remain in full force and effect, and will be rigorously implemented,” she added.

Min mocked Leavitt some more after she clarified the policy, tweeting she did so “while wearing a giant cross to let everyone know how pious and moral she is, even as she is so comfortable stating a bald-faced lie to hundreds of millions of people.”

“My Christian faith is a huge part of my life,” she told The Post. “My faith, my marriage, my family life — it’s everything to me.”

The press secretary got a lot of support on social media while Min was brutally attacked for his remarks, notably over a recent drunk driving arrest.

Meanwhile, Alina Habba, who served as one of President Trump’s personal attorneys and is now his White House counselor, made a big announcement earlier this month regarding federal workers.

Habba, in an appearance on Fox News, said that anyone who works for the Executive Branch of the federal government who does not have an “America First” attitude will get the ax in response to Trump firing a number of U.S. attorneys who worked to jail him.

“Why would it be that deep state institutionalists, people that work for Jack Smith, that worked overtime night and day to put Donald Trump in jail, why wouldn’t Donald Trump get to pick his own people? Why would he be stuck with that group of people?” Fox News host Sean Hannity asked.

“I love that you asked me this question, Sean. You know what I would say to all the liberals freaking out? Yeah, no, here we go. Ready? If you’re Biden and I’m in the DOJ, are you leaving me there, Biden? I don’t think so,” the attorney said.

“Look, the truth of the matter is this. You’re not America first. They were divisiveness. They were the party of attack. They were the party of politicization of the law, fair justice, and injustice,” Habba added.

If you’re not America first, you’re out. And not only that, we’re replacing a lot of people with good people, people that care about America, the Constitution and things that President Trump cares about,” she said.
