Medically unexplained symptoms (MUS): A common condition where symptoms like pain, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, or changes in gut motility don’t have a clear medical cause. MUS can be related to psychological issues like anxiety or depression, or they could be part of a poorly understood syndrome like chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Treatments include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), graded exercise therapy, and stress reduction techniques.
Vitamin deficiency or dehydration: These can cause you to get sick suddenly.
Immune system issues: If you get sick often, it could be due to your immune system function.
Fainting or seizures: Fainting, also known as syncope, can cause a loss of consciousness and sudden involuntary movements.
Anxiety: Anxiety can be caused by a number of health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, or hormonal imbalances. Not getting enough sleep can also cause anxiety.
