LEGEND LOST MOVIE STAR

Golden Globe-winning actress Barbara Rush has passed away at 97. Best known for her roles in *It Came From Outer Space* and *Peyton Place*, Rush’s career spanned decades, working alongside legends like Marlon Brando, Dean Martin, and Frank Sinatra.

Her daughter, Claudia Cowan, confirmed her peaceful passing, noting it was fitting Rush chose Easter, her favorite holiday, for her final journey. Cowan had recently shared heartfelt tributes, celebrating her mother’s enduring kindness and sparkle.

Rush’s achievements included a Golden Globe for Best Newcomer in 1953 and iconic roles in film and TV, including *Peyton Place* and *Flamingo Road*.

She was married three times and spent her later years out of the spotlight, cherished by family. Her legacy as a talented actress and beloved figure will endure.
