Joseph Malinowski, known as #LieutenantDan on TikTok, went viral for staying his boat ahead of Hurricane Milton in Tampa, Florida!!
When asked why he decided to stay he said:
“This is nothing compared to what l’ve been through so this doesn’t scare me. This is not even a minor inconvenience.”
Despite reports from Tampa Mayor Jane Castor that he had been rescued, Malinowski chose to remain on his boat for the storm and came out unscathed
