I’M 72, AND I SAW A WOMAN MY AGE IN A SWIMSUIT, SHOWING OFF HER BODY AT

SHOULD SHE BE MORE MODEST AT THIS STAGE OF LIFE?

Yesterday, I went to the beach and saw something that left me questioning what’s appropriate at our age.

A woman, likely around my age, was confidently walking around in a revealing swimsuit, showing off her body as if she was 30 years younger.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for confidence, but at 72, isn’t there a time when we should dress a bit more modestly?

Feeling compelled to say something, I approached her and politely mentioned that perhaps a bit more modesty might be more appropriate at our age.

To my surprise, she just laughed at me.
