Mickey Lee, a contestant on the most recent season of CBS’s Big Brother, has passed away at the age of 35. Her family shared the heartbreaking news in an Instagram post on December 26, confirming that Lee died on Christmas Day, according to People. According to her family, Mickey suffered a sudden medical emergency and experienced multiple cardiac arrests linked to complications from the flu. She had been in critical but stable condition earlier in the week, making the news especially shocking to those who knew her.

She passed away surrounded by loved ones. In a statement shared with People, her family said, “Mickey captured the hearts of audiences nationwide through her appearance on Big Brother, where her authenticity, strength, and spirit left a lasting impression. She will be remembered for the joy she brought into so many lives and the genuine connections she formed both on and off screen.”
