Why Doctors Recommend Adding Beets to Your Diet

The political world has reignited following remarks by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D–MN) about late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, made during an interview with the progressive outlet Zeteo. Her comments quickly spread across social media, sparking backlash from Republicans, intense online debate, and a sharp response from former President Donald Trump, who called for her impeachment.

In the interview, Omar suggested that public portrayals of Kirk after his death had become overly sanitized. She argued that some commentators were ignoring past statements and actions, and claimed certain political groups were “using his death to push an agenda.” Critics immediately accused her of politicizing a sensitive moment and showing poor judgment so soon after Kirk’s passing.
