Bob was getting ready for a checkup when the nurse asked him to remove his clothes and put on a gown.
“In front of you?” he asked nervously.
She smiled. “No, but don’t worry — I’ve seen plenty of naked bodies.”

“Not like mine,” Bob muttered. “You’d die laughing.”
“I’m a professional,” the nurse assured him. “Twenty years on the job, and I’ve never laughed at a patient.”

Reluctantly, Bob lowered his trousers. The nurse’s eyes widened — his entire body was large and broad, yet his manhood was the smallest she had ever seen, barely the size of a AAA battery.
She tried to hold it together, but a tiny giggle escaped. Then another. Soon she was laughing at the fact that she was laughing, unable to stop herself. Mortified, she forced herself to calm down.

“I am so, so sorry,” she said finally. “I don’t know what came over me. I swear it won’t happen again. Now please tell me — what seems to be the problem?”
Bob sighed and replied, “It’s swollen.”
