Hollywood mourns Pippa Scott, who passed away peacefully at 90 from congenital heart failure. Known for her red hair and memorable debut as Lucy in The Searchers alongside John Wayne, she had a rich career in film and TV, including roles in Auntie Mame, Cold Turkey, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and Columbo. Born into a Hollywood family, with her father Allan Scott a famed screenwriter and her uncle blacklisted during the Red Scare, Pippa’s passion for acting started early.
