A Rare Journey of Life: Two Women Sharing One Pregnancy

In a remarkable example of modern reproductive science and deep personal connection, a married couple, Kayla and Taylor Jones, are making headlines for sharing a single pregnancy. Using a procedure known as Reciprocal IVF, Kayla’s egg was fertilized and the resulting embryo was implanted into Taylor, allowing one woman to provide the egg and the other to carry the baby.

The couple, who always dreamed of building a family together, say the experience has brought them even closer. “It feels like we’re both truly part of this from the very beginning,” said Kayla.
