Trump’s former advisor warns president ‘will run for third term’ despite constitutional limit

Trump himself has floated the idea in interviews, saying many people encourage him to run again, though he’s avoided specifics. In a recent interview with TIME, he hinted at known “loopholes,” but added, “I don’t believe in using loopholes.”
