While men and women face different struggles, no one is immune to mental health disorders. Statistically, women have more outlets and social networks to lean on. They often join groups like book clubs or yoga classes, creating a sense of community that helps stave off certain mental health problems. This model could be beneficial for men as they navigate their feelings and work towards good mental health.
