WORLD’S HAVIEST WOMAN!

Pauline Potter’s Incredible 500lb Weight Loss Journey

Pauline Potter, once crowned the World’s Heaviest Woman in 2012 at 50 stone, famously consumed massive breakfasts—six scrambled eggs, half a pound of bacon, hash browns, buttered bread, and milkshakes—to gain weight.

Part of the Supersize Big Beautiful Women group, she eventually decided to change her life after years of struggling with health issues. Featured on My 600lb Life, Pauline initially resisted Dr. Nowzaradan’s strict 1,200-calorie diet but persevered, ultimately losing over 520lbs by 2023 and undergoing surgery.

Dr. Now praised her commitment, reminding others that weight loss requires dedication, not quick fixes. Today, Pauline enjoys a healthier lifestyle, though she’s kept a low profile on social media since early 2023.
