Recalling their last moments on January 8, Kelley said Curry expressed love before she left, believing her grandmother was safe as no evacuation order had been issued. Hours later, the fire spread, devastating the area. Authorities later confirmed Curry’s remains. Kelley described the scene as “hell” and expressed heartbreak over the loss.
