Hubby received this picture from me!

It was a peaceful afternoon on a mountain trail ride, and I snapped a quick selfie with my horse to share with my husband.

Later that evening, I received a message from him that shook me: “What are the initials on the saddle?”

Confused, I zoomed in and saw two small initials etched into the leather—“A.M.” My heart sank. They were my ex-boyfriend’s initials.

I thought it was just a coincidence, but my husband didn’t. He took the photo to someone for analysis, convinced the saddle was significant and tied to my past. I tried to explain it away, suggesting the saddle was old or reused, but to him, the initials felt like undeniable proof of something deeper.

What was meant to be a simple moment instead planted doubt in his mind. Those initials became a breaking point in our relationship, a reminder of a past he couldn’t let go of.
