Disturbing Steven Tyler Health Update At 75 Confirms The Rumors – And It’s What We Feared

Aerosmith, the legendary rock band, had to postpone six concerts from their final tour, “Peace Out: The Farewell Tour,” disappointing thousands of fans hoping to see Steven Tyler in action. The band shared the news on Instagram that several shows, including the Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, Raleigh, and Washington D.C. dates in September, have been rescheduled for early 2024.

The reason for the postponement is Steven Tyler’s health. In an Instagram post, Tyler revealed that doctors have instructed him not to sing for the next 30 days due to significant damage to his vocal cords. He explained that he sustained vocal cord damage during a recent show, which resulted in bleeding.

The band expressed their regret in a statement, promising to reschedule the dates to provide fans with the performance they deserve. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows, and refunds will be available for those unable to attend.

Aerosmith’s Farewell Tour began on September 2 in Philadelphia and was originally scheduled to end on January 26 in Montreal. However, due to the postponements, the tour will now conclude at a later date, with performances resuming on Monday, October 11.

Considering the band members’ ages, the decision to embark on a 40-show tour is admirable. Steven Tyler turned 75 in March, and the physical toll of such an extensive tour may be significant.

It’s worth noting Steven Tyler’s history of altruism. In 2019, he donated half a million dollars to renovate an 82-acre structure south of Memphis, creating “Janie’s House,” a safe haven for abused and neglected females. Inspired by Aerosmith’s 1989 hit song “Janie’s Got a Gun,” the facility provides support for women in need.

Fans of Steven Tyler and Aerosmith are undoubtedly hoping for his swift recovery so that he can return to performing and continue making a positive impact.
