BEEF STEW

Ingredients:

– Cubed carrots

– Potatoes, diced

– Diced onion

– Salt and pepper

– Garlic and herb seasoning, to taste

– Curry leaves

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– Paprika

– Beef, cut into pieces

– Brown onion soup mix

Instructions:

1. Begin by sautéing diced onion in olive oil until translucent. Then, add water, beef, and all ingredients except potatoes and carrots.

2. Allow the mixture to cook for about 15 minutes, ensuring the beef is tender. Then, incorporate the diced potatoes and continue cooking until they are fully cooked.

3. Finally, add the cubed carrots to the pot and cook until tender.

4. Stir in the brown onion soup mix to complete the dish.
